Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and improve DFB laser performance, yield, and reliability with extensive data analysis.
•Analyze data to identify root causes and drive process improvements in EPI growth, design, or wafer fab steps.
•Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to implement design and process changes on DFB lasers.
•Document experimental methods, results, and best practices for future reference and transfer to production.
•Communicate findings to stakeholders and contribute to design reviews and technology roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, materials science, or equivalent.
•Experience in EPI growth, design or wafer fab process of DFB laser a plus.
•Strong ability to analyze data to improve laser performance, yield and reliability.
•Experience with DFB laser technologies and related fabrication processes.
•Willingness to work in Singapore and participate in cross-functional teams.
