Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve DFB laser performance, yield, and reliability with extensive data analysis.
  • •Analyze data to identify root causes and drive process improvements in EPI growth, design, or wafer fab steps.
  • •Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to implement design and process changes on DFB lasers.
  • •Document experimental methods, results, and best practices for future reference and transfer to production.
  • •Communicate findings to stakeholders and contribute to design reviews and technology roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, materials science, or equivalent.
  • •Experience in EPI growth, design or wafer fab process of DFB laser a plus.
  • •Strong ability to analyze data to improve laser performance, yield and reliability.
  • •Experience with DFB laser technologies and related fabrication processes.
