Job Summary

Lead controllership for the entity, owning accounting, financial reporting, group reporting, audit, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

•Lead controllership, accounting, financial reporting, global/regional group reporting, external and internal audit, and group compliance.
•Prepare entity accounts under local accounting standards (IFRS) and US GAAP reporting requirements.
•Oversee accounting streams including General Ledger (GL), Treasury, Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management, and Project Accounting.
•Manage statutory reporting, direct and indirect taxes (tax, VAT), legal compliance, corporate secretarial, and Komrisk compliance; coordinate with tax offices, banks, and statutory regulators.
•Drive SOX documentation reviews and controls testing across key cycles, support FP&A and working-capital optimization, and lead automation projects including Capex payment workflows and Oracle MFG module implementation.

Key Requirements

•Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in an MNC or manufacturing industry.
•8–10+ years of proven track record in a controllership or financial management role in an MNC or manufacturing environment.
•Intermediate hands-on experience with Hyperion and Oracle or SAP ERP modules, including Oracle MFG module projects.
•Preferred: CMA or ACCA certifications.
•Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, local statutory tax regulations, VAT, and corporate secretarial frameworks.
