Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design doc through implementation, deployment, and monitoring for authentication and multi-user/multi-organization support.
  • •Author and review technical design documents, breaking down ambiguous, complex initiatives into executable plans.
  • •Drive Identity’s Native vs. Webview architecture strategy by evaluating trade-offs across latency, reliability, and user experience.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve technical debt and code quality issues across the team’s codebase.
  • •Lead team rituals including on-call, code review, and incident response, and mentor engineers on frontend craft and ownership.
