Job Summary

Act as a trusted Workday advisor for customers post go-live, delivering micro consulting engagements focused on Workday Financials Reporting. Research customer needs, troubleshoot and guide configuration, and provide feature demonstrations and one-on-one enablement. Create accelerator webinar presentations, conduct tenant reviews to identify adoption opportunities, and help drive new Success Plans programs. Maintain Workday certification(s) and stay current on Workday roadmap while traveling up to 20%.

•Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, and tips & tricks.
•Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve issues or recommend optimal configuration to meet customer requirements.
•Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, including delivering customer presentations (Accelerator Webinars).
•Provide tailored one-on-one guidance and enablement (Optimization Packages, Feature Accelerator), including tenant reviews for adoption opportunities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of IT implementation experience.
•5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting and building out reports).
•2+ years of software consulting experience.
•Workday Certification or ability to certify in Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, or PRISM.
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
