Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  • •Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, and tips & tricks.
  • •Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve issues or recommend optimal configuration to meet customer requirements.
  • •Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, including delivering customer presentations (Accelerator Webinars).
  • •Provide tailored one-on-one guidance and enablement (Optimization Packages, Feature Accelerator), including tenant reviews for adoption opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • •5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting and building out reports).
  • •2+ years of software consulting experience.
  • •Workday Certification or ability to certify in Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, or PRISM.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
