•Resolve cross-team dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery risks.
•Own large-scale platform or infrastructure programs and communicate outcomes to engineering, product, and leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
•6 to 12 years of overall experience, with 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience preferred.
•Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management are a plus.
•Strong technical understanding of SaaS and cloud-based environments.
•Knowledge of CI/CD and technology execution in modern SaaS/cloud systems.
