Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy onsite with strategic customers to map security, risk, and compliance workflows and identify value leakage through manual effort or disconnected tools.
  • •Gather requirements from practitioners and executives, understand people/process/data dependencies, and propose solutions.
  • •Integrate SecurityScorecard into customer data, logic, and processes instead of forcing generic integrations.
  • •Build AI-native solutions using LLMs, ML models, and modern AI tooling; run analysis to translate ratings into financial risk terms (e.g., ALE, VaR, ROI).
  • •Design and deploy integrations, pipelines, and tools across customer systems and clouds; prototype in the field and harden into supportable production software.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience with customer-facing, forward deployed, or solutions engineering work.
  • •Hands-on experience building with AI using LLMs, agentic frameworks, or ML models in shipped solutions.
  • •Strong data analysis/data science ability to turn raw data into models customers can act on (risk quantification, benchmarking, exposure modeling).
  • •Proven ability to ship production code independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, customer-facing environments.
  • •Full stack fluency (backend services, APIs, scripting, data pipelines, integrations such as REST/webhooks and SSO/SAML), plus architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
