Student Engagement Project Coordinator

Plan, implement, and evaluate initiatives to enhance student engagement by coordinating university event and creative efforts. Oversee graphic design and videography projects end-to-end—from intake and scheduling through delivery—managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and approval workflows. Lead and develop student workers, track KPIs and project performance, mitigate risks, and continuously improve creative operations using project management tools and Microsoft 365.
