Job Summary

Lead Enterprise Services adoption capability for major transformation initiatives across Business Solutions. Build adoption roadmaps, playbooks, journey maps, and standards that program teams and service owners use to drive readiness and sustainment. Partner with Program Management, Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education, and SMEs to embed adoption execution into planning, communicate readiness to leadership, assess cross-program impacts, and coach teams for repeatable adoption outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Program Management, Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education, and SMEs to embed adoption execution into program planning.
•Develop adoption roadmaps aligned to project milestones and organizational readiness at the Business Solutions level.
•Create and maintain adoption playbooks and templates; provide adoption guidance and tools for service owners and project teams.
•Communicate adoption readiness to leadership and define cross-program interdependencies and readiness checkpoints.
•Support readiness assessments, identify and mitigate risks, monitor adoption progress, and coach teams to build capability through continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 10 years experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Program Management, Communications, or related field.
•5+ years experience as a Change Lead, Adoption Lead, Business Readiness Lead, or similar role.
•5+ years leading or supporting large-scale organizational change efforts.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
