Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for healthcare projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Work may involve acute care, ambulatory care, or support facilities.
  • •Read, understand and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Interface with clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Track project progress against goals, budgets, timelines; report status and variances; craft action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
  • •Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three to five years of recent construction/project management experience (healthcare preferred).
  • •Proven experience with budget, finance and construction administration.
  • •Solid track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast paced environments is helpful.
