Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting. Prepare performance reports, assist with A/B testing, and collaborate with content and design teams to develop creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, retargeting, and other platforms.
•Maintain ad account health, including ad copy creation, keyword research, bid adjustments, targeting, and landing page reviews.
•Manage daily budgets and ensure monthly spend targets are met.
•Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports and share trends and actionable insights.
•Assist with A/B testing for ads and landing pages and help collaborate with Content and Design teams to develop creative assets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
•Google Ads certification is a plus.
•Strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing.
•Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
•Fluency in written and spoken English; familiar with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
