Fresh Graduate - Finance & Accounting

Manage accounts receivable for a portfolio of customers by preparing and issuing invoices, processing refunds and credit notes, and responding to related queries within required timeframes. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and handle basic to intermediate complaint resolution. Complete receivables-related tasks as needed by the manager, using clear written and verbal communication in English.
