Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Adobe CDP capabilities.
  • •Drive product development across customer profile, identity, audience management, targeting, activation, and marketing data products.
  • •Partner with data engineering to define customer data requirements, data quality expectations, and governance standards.
  • •Translate business strategy and customer needs into prioritized product roadmaps and investment plans.
  • •Develop and prioritize product backlogs aligned to business outcomes and customer value, and define/monitor product KPIs and adoption metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise digital products or platforms.
  • •Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Marketing Technology (MarTech), Digital Marketing, or Customer Engagement platforms.
  • •Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and managing product backlogs.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile product management practices and ability to work closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Business stakeholders.
