Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and orchestrate cross-functional program and portfolio execution across Global and Site Facilities from initiation to completion.
  • •Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks including prioritization, intake, roadmap planning, dependency management, and change control.
  • •Define and sustain enterprise performance management by designing, publishing, and governing dashboards and reports for leadership visibility and portfolio health.
  • •Drive accountability and continuous improvement through structured communication, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and executive-ready status reporting.
  • •Serve as accountable owner for Global Facilities platforms and solutions (e.g., SharePoint, EDC, SQL servers, Microsoft Teams groups, web interfaces) with lifecycle management and standardized operating models.

  • •5+ years of Facilities semiconductor industry engineering experience is preferred; project/program management experience preferred.
