Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for service technicians, advisors, and managers.
  • •Create training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills.
