Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Kotlin-based payment-terminal and mobile solutions in the Payment Client Foundation domain.
  • •Build core business logic and ensure secure, sustainable feature delivery end-to-end (design, implementation, deployment, maintenance).
  • •Integrate and communicate with the Adyen backend to deliver a unified platform solution.
  • •Own testing and monitoring for features, including automated unit and integration tests.
  • •Mentor and grow other engineers via code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience writing code in Kotlin.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience building software for the Android platform.
  • •Experience developing enterprise-level SDKs.
  • •Expert knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Gradle, and Dependency Injection.
  • •Experience writing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests, and ability to mentor engineers through code and design reviews.
