Job Summary

Provide IT systems administration for classified programs, maintaining secure, cost-efficient environments across Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. You’ll support DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, server replication, data storage/RAID, backup and recovery, and troubleshoot complex system and hardware/OS integrations. Work closely with cybersecurity professionals, deliver documentation and training, and help ensure systems remain operational 24x7 with occasional after-hours support. Onsite in Tucson, AZ with limited domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Redhat Enterprise Linux environment.
•Administer and support Windows Server/Linux fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication.
•Troubleshoot technical problems involving integration of hardware and operating systems across moderate to high scope/complexity.
•Support data storage, RAID, and backup technologies; install and configure requested end-user software applications.
•Coordinate with cybersecurity professionals and provide documentation/training on advanced IT processes; support 24x7 system operations and occasional after-hours work.

Key Requirements

•Typically, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of relevant experience.

•Experience with Active Directory and VMware, plus administration and backup/recovery experience.
