Key Responsibilities

•Contract Review and Analysis: Examine routine contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards, and identify risks or ambiguities.
•Agreements Review: Redline routine agreements, including NDAs, teaming, bailment, and other documents from external parties.
•Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage contract execution, track performance periods, contract line item data, and compliance through CMS; maintain accurate records.
•Contract Closeout: Initiate and complete closeout procedures, verify deliverables, final payments, and de-obligate excess funds.
•Payment and Invoicing Issues: Investigate and resolve billing inaccuracies or disputes with vendors or clients; respond to data requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 112,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
•2-4 years of experience in a contract administration, paralegal, or procurement role.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•U.S. Person status is required and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
