•Design & Product Partnership: Work with product management to turn research insights into clear, well-scoped product requirements.
•Translate insights into workflows and interactive prototypes, and help PMs pressure-test ideas early with prototypes and research.
•Rapidly iterate on concepts using AI-assisted prototyping tools and ensure design intent carries through to implementation with engineering.
•Contribute to and apply our evolving design system and workflows for data-heavy interfaces.
•Research: Plan and run end-to-end studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys) and maintain ongoing feedback loops with enterprise users; synthesize findings into actionable insights and surface usage analytics.
