Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE before visiting patients.
  • •Access your daily schedule and commute to patient homes using modern technology.
  • •Build rapport with patients while collecting information and delivering comfort-first care.
  • •Perform diagnostic and low acuity services including phlebotomy and specimen collection, plus related screenings (e.g., retina exams, ECGs).
  • •Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where needed by state licensure requirements.
  • •Basic Life Support certification and ability to pass national background check and DMV check; must have a valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
