Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by engaging customers, completing standardized and more complex transactions, and educating clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Cross-train to support sales activities through outbound calls, assist with Integrated Relationship Management, and help resolve new account openings.

•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
