Key Responsibilities

  • •Build bespoke AI solutions to accelerate business outcomes—anything from product image generation to conversational assistants or process automation.
  • •Prototype rapidly using APIs, open models, and cloud-native services to validate ideas and demonstrate value.
  • •Design for scale—transition ad hoc experiments into maintainable, production-grade systems or reusable components.
  • •Evaluate external AI platforms and tools for integration potential, cost, and business fit.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, supply chain, retail operations, and engineering teams to translate real problems into AI-enabled solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 235,000 annually

  • •10+ years of experience in a data or software engineering field.
  • •MS or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
  • •Equal parts builder, hacker, and architect—you can ship a working demo in a day but think in systems that can scale for years.
  • •Comfortable working without a map—you thrive in ambiguity and see constraints as creative opportunities.
  • •Skilled in Python, SQL, and cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and fluent in modern AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, etc.).
