Key Responsibilities

•Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, routing, tracking, execution, and filing of commercial agreements.
•Contribute to the organization and ongoing management of legal knowledge bases, templates, and playbooks.
•Assist with implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operation of legal technology tools, including redlining, repository, e-signature, and intake platforms.
•Use AI tools to automate repetitive legal tasks such as contract data extraction, clause comparison, template population, and workflow routing.
•Map and document legal workflows, assist with prompt engineering and iteration, and create documentation so non-technical colleagues can adopt the tools.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Law, Legal Technology, Information Systems, Business Law, or a related field.
•Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills to break down complex, unstructured legal processes into logical components.
•Genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and legal engineering, including staying current on LLMs and practical use in legal work.
•Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar, including prompt design and iterative testing.
•Ability to document and diagram workflows clearly, translating operational complexity into structured formats like process maps and checklists.
