Key Responsibilities

  • •Support purchase and sale reviews of existing properties and project developments for all asset classes in the MEP sub-area, including document review and property inspection.
  • •Conduct technical assessments such as cost estimation and review of building regulations and legal requirements, and prepare reports.
  • •Perform condition assessments for heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning/refrigeration, elevator technology, electrical systems, BMS/BAS, and plant-related fire protection.
  • •Participate in internal quality control for MEP costs and reports and help monitor projects for new and existing buildings.
  • •Develop feasibility studies within an interdisciplinary team.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., technical vocational training) plus several years of relevant experience in technical property management.
  • •2-5 years of professional experience in project management/planning in the MEP field, technical assessment, or technical property/asset management.
  • •Confidence assessing construction and refurbishment costs, along with condition assessments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of a MEP trade with an interdisciplinary interest in other MEP trades and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • •In-depth knowledge of standards, guidelines, and new developments in the MEP field, with flexibility and independent action.
