Join the Avi Analytics team to architect and build high-performance analytics and security solutions that process massive streams of telemetry. You’ll design resilient, microservices-based systems, build and optimize data pipelines for millions of records, and develop low-latency workflows using a polyglot persistence layer. Lead deep code reviews, drive engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers on a global, cross-border engineering team.

•Design schemas and optimize queries across a polyglot persistence layer to deliver time-sensitive customer insights.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 12+ years of software development experience focused on backend systems.
•Proven experience leading a product end-to-end lifecycle from design through production deployment and maintenance.
•Expert-level proficiency with Go (concurrency, profiling, performance tuning) and Python (data manipulation and backend services).
•Experience designing and delivering production-grade microservices for high-throughput, cloud-scale environments, including gRPC/Protobuf and RESTful API design.
•Hands-on experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Neo4j (or equivalents).
