Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior hydromechanical engineer on water infrastructure projects including dams, hydraulic structures, canals, levees, and pump stations.
  • •Prepare and oversee engineering analyses, designs, calculations, plans, specifications, technical reports, and construction documents per applicable codes and standards.
  • •Manage project tasks to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while maintaining billability and technical productivity.
  • •Support project managers by coordinating technical activities, tracking progress, identifying risks, and assisting with project planning and execution.
  • •Conduct engineering reviews and participate in client meetings, field investigations, inspections, and construction support activities as a technical representative.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Water Resources or closely related discipline.
  • •5+ years of post-education experience in water resources engineering.
  • •EIT or EI required in any state, with required qualifying years toward PE exam and licensure.
  • •Proficiency in water resources engineering principles and practices, including design/build and standards of care.
  • •Works independently and provides guidance and leadership to mid-level team or project members with QA/QC adherence.
