Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Business Solutions brochure allocation methodology, including allocation drivers, cost pools, rate calculations, and annual reviews.
  • •Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly cost allocations and support government compliance for indirect rates and cost recoveries.
  • •Develop executive reporting and financial insights on allocated costs, recovery performance, and allocation metrics.
  • •Serve as the financial process owner for the transformation portfolio, maintaining dedicated cost centers and financial structures for initiatives.
  • •Monitor transformation budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and forecast-to-complete; provide financial analysis and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • •7+ years of FP&A, controllership, or financial operations experience.

  • •Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP/ERP experience.
  • •Demonstrated process improvement and leadership experience.
