Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual sales and store sales targets and other retail metrics (ATV, Personal Conversion Rate, UPT, CXE).
  • •Execute sales strategies and action plans, and maintain tight control on discounting and discounted products/giveaways.
  • •Provide excellent guest service: product knowledge, customer registration goals, customer complaint handling, and adherence to brand standards/SOP/code of business conduct.
  • •Maintain best retail standards including store opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, cleanliness/neatness, and regular checks on staff movements during operating hours.
  • •Ensure inventory integrity by performing scheduled stock counts, resolving discrepancies within 48 hours, coordinating merchandise receiving and price tagging, and completing stock control documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English & Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.
