Full-Time Supervisor, Beyond Yoga- Park Meadows, Denver, CO

Oversee daily store operations to ensure operational excellence across payroll, cash handling, and inventory control. Partner with the Store Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while supporting employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment. Drive KPI performance, lead store opening/closing as a visible service leader, coach and develop staff, and assist with hiring, training, retention, and minor employee relations. Ensure merchandising and customer service standards, prevent losses, and engage the local community through events.
