Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure operational excellence by managing daily store procedures, payroll, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • •Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial planning.
  • •Drive store process adoption, lead store opening/closing as a visible service leader, and resolve customer concerns.
  • •Assess and strategize performance against KPIs such as Conversion, Units Per Transaction, and Sales Per Hour.
