Job Summary

Lead day-to-day client finance operations for Québec-based clients, with primary ownership of the L’Oréal program. Own governance and operating cadence for campaign approvals, PO management, billing reconciliation, invoicing, and influencer contracting/payment workflows. Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain centralized tracking for campaigns, POs, billing, and payments for L’Oréal and other Québec-based clients, ensuring information is current and actionable.
•Drive finance-focused working sessions and operating cadence with client and internal stakeholders; document risks, owners, decisions, and next steps.
•Oversee finance operations and billing governance, including PO/billing matching, identification of exposure (unbilled/pre-billed, unmatched POs), and coordination of historical reconciliation.
•Manage escalation by monitoring aging/missing PO and billing blockers, preparing escalation summaries, and driving follow-through until resolution.
•Oversee influencer contracting, invoice collection/review, and payment reconciliation workstream; provide direction to the Campaign Payment and Reconciliation Specialist and protect payment timeliness as a KPI.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in client finance, project finance, agency operations, advertising/PR, influencer marketing, or related work supporting complex client accounts or portfolios across multiple brands, divisions, campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, POs, billing, and payments.
•Post-secondary education in business, finance, accounting, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Bilingual proficiency in English and French with clear, professional communication with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners.
•Strong financial acumen across budgets, POs, invoicing, WIP, billing exposure, reconciliations, and payment timing in a client-service environment.
•Experience managing, coaching, or providing day-to-day oversight to a direct report or small finance operations team, including prioritization, review of deliverables, reconciliation follow-up, and process adoption.
