Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets while adhering to Tyson safety procedures and policies.
  • •Perform industrial maintenance to keep machinery running for continuous production, including setting up, adjusting, and breaking down production line machinery.
  • •Conduct preventative maintenance routines and record daily activities and equipment history in Tyson SAP.
  • •Independently carry out assigned maintenance work across any shift as needed, including overtime and weekends.
  • •Ensure compliance with physical and training requirements, including ability to work with or without reasonable accommodation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience in mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, AC/DC control wiring, motor control, 3-phase wiring, plumbing, conveyor maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and/or reading blueprints.
  • •Must be able to learn Tyson SAP to run preventative maintenance routines and record daily activities and equipment history.
  • •Ability to work independently and read/write where required.
  • •Ability to use math for work-related computations (e.g., machinery, fluid capacities).
  • •Ability to lift up to 70 lbs daily, work on your feet up to 12 hours, and complete all required training; willing to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
