Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer with implementing the quality management system at site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare work inspection requests (WIRs) for construction activities, submit to the consultant, and verify that inspections are carried out as planned with timely corrective actions.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals, conduct internal inspections, and raise NCRs for substandard materials.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, maintain quality documentation/records and logs, and provide weekly progress meeting data; ensure availability of test results for steel with mill certificates.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant quality/QA/QC experience (GCC experience is a plus).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001 and related standards/procedures.
  • •Proven ability to assist in implementing a site quality management system and QA/QC plans in line with the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Ability to prepare and manage WIRs, review inspection/test reports, ensure corrective actions, and maintain required quality records.
  • •Knowledge of ERP with preference for SAP functional skills and understanding of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
