•Lead strategic selling efforts to deliver financially and sustainability-driven energy services solution opportunities.
•Identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities by assigning sales process and coordinating project team members and next steps.
•Develop financial pro forma and business cases with client executives, supporting structured finance solutions for each project.
•Monitor macro market and finance trends to inform offerings, establish creative financial solutions, and advance thought leadership in focus markets.
•Maintain a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline and collaborate cross-functionally with project development, energy engineering, and project management teams; travel to customer job sites is required.

Salary: USD 106,200 - 248,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of science degree or 4-8 years of demonstrated executive selling experience (preferred).
•5+ years of executive sales experience, preferably in MUSH (municipal, utility, healthcare, education) with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
•Documented success in financial sales with long, complex, multi-tiered cycles in public and/or private sectors.
•Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers.
•Expertise in the financial, legal, and technical aspects of deal structuring.
