Own and evolve a consistent design system across insurance, payments, claims, and investments, iterating with user feedback, analytics, and usability testing while ensuring accessibility and responsive quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
•Turn product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
•Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
•Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system for consistency across products.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation and iterate using feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
•Strong portfolio showing visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship (portfolio required).
•Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
•Strong understanding of mobile-first principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines, and responsive layouts.
•Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centred design.
