Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide age-specific patient-centered care using the nursing process, including patient assessment and ongoing critical care reassessment.
  • •Coordinate and plan clinical pathway care and prioritize care based on individual needs; revise the care plan as necessary.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and ensure safe handling/administration of Narcotic/Controlled and Semi-Controlled Drugs per policy.
  • •Manage satellite clinic clinical flow by supervising nursing staff, ensuring follow-up care/instructions, and maintaining service-specific competencies and documentation.
  • •Participate in KPI audits and quality activities (CQI), handle incidents/complaints reporting, and support environment rounds and clinic safety checklists.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in nursing (minimum three years full-time) or a Nursing degree (minimum two years course duration) with Registered Nurse registration from the stated home countries.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of recent post-graduate nursing experience.
  • •Valid license/registration to practice in the home country and/or most recent country of employment (where applicable).
  • •Minimum Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is essential.
  • •Strong skills in age-appropriate patient assessment and coordination of care, prioritizing based on individual needs.
