Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support continuous improvement projects across HR operational processes using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, process mapping).
  • •Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities within HR operations and propose data-driven solutions.
  • •Collaborate with HRs and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance controls, and improve service delivery.
  • •Monitor and track improvement outcomes, ensuring sustainability and measurable impact.
  • •Act as a project coordinator for people experience and PE&T improvement initiatives and perform as a project lead if needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • •3-5 years of experience in HR, People Experience, HR Operations, Continuous Improvement, or Project Coordination roles.
  • •Familiar with data management and able to handle and interpret HR-related data.
  • •Knowledgeable in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, process mapping).
  • •A strong communicator with effective presentation skills.
