Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual outreach, assessing banking needs and preferences. Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 1–2 years of retail banking experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training).
•Ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up, and to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
•Basic knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
•Ability to use and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies; experience in financial services is preferred.
•Ability to complete NMLS registration requirements under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, including passing background and credit checks.
