Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned to business objectives and project requirements.
  • •Lead cost planning, benchmarking, spend analysis, value engineering, and TCO analysis to optimize spend and reduce costs.
  • •Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQs, RFPs, tender management, bid evaluation, and vendor selection.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations and manage procurement contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders to ensure compliance and mitigate commercial risks.
  • •Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Projects; report procurement performance and mentor procurement/category management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, finance, quantity surveying, or related discipline.
  • •10–15 years of progressive experience in procurement, commercial management, strategic sourcing, or cost management.
  • •Proven track record managing high-value procurement portfolios and supplier negotiations.
  • •Strong contract management and cost control methodology experience.
  • •Experience in industries such as construction, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, energy, data centers, or industrial projects (preferred).
