Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage interfaces between mechanical components (pumps, compressors, coolers) and electrical/control systems to ensure end-to-end compatibility and performance.
  • •Specify and validate auxiliary circuits (oil systems, water cooling, ventilation), including safety and operational parameters.
  • •Create and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for the synchronous condenser and supporting systems.
  • •Coordinate with electrical engineers and control system specialists to align mechanical processes with control logic and electrical constraints.
  • •Identify and mitigate technical risks related to thermal performance, fluid flow, and mechanical interactions; provide ITO/OTR technical input and support customer clarifications.

Key Requirements
