The Visual Lead drives store sales and profitability through strategic visual merchandising and floor leadership in collaboration with the Visual Manager. •Lead the execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, and processing, stock management, and floor replenishment to maximize sales.
•Maintain and adjust product presentation and merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager, ensuring restock and visual changes align with directives.
•Plan visual floor changes with the management team, incorporating payroll considerations and adapting visual support to business needs.
•Execute and sustain visual direction from planning through to budgeted outcomes and timelines.
•Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
