Partner with branch staff to uncover clients’ short- and long-term needs and deliver appropriate investment and insurance solutions through comprehensive financial planning. Own personal production goals and customer service objectives, coach branch staff on profiling clients and identifying goals, and provide ongoing training and sales support. •Provide investment and insurance solutions using comprehensive financial planning that considers assets, goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
•Coach branch staff regularly to profile customers and identify short- and long-term goals and appropriate solutions.
•Provide ongoing training and sales support to assigned branches to improve customer experience for both current and prospective clients.
•Partner with other lines of business (e.g., Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank) to provide best solutions for clients’ needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 140,000 annually
