Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary program manager for the marketing organization across Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, and Strategic Events.
  • •Own end-to-end program management of product launches from planning through execution and post-launch review, driving NPI continuous improvement.
  • •Track and report launch status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to keep leadership and stakeholders informed.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to ensure clear ownership, decisions, and next steps.
  • •Establish and maintain project management processes, templates, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency, speed, and visibility.
