Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary program manager for the marketing organization across Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, and Strategic Events.
•Own end-to-end program management of product launches from planning through execution and post-launch review, driving NPI continuous improvement.
•Track and report launch status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to keep leadership and stakeholders informed.
•Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to ensure clear ownership, decisions, and next steps.
•Establish and maintain project management processes, templates, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency, speed, and visibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000
