Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Lead client service on the sales floor, elevate omnichannel and virtual selling, and ensure clienteling via client books, outreach, and loyalty programs. Recruit and develop associates, set goals and KPIs, and act as Store Leader in their absence. Oversee store operations including cash handling, schedules/payroll, compliance, inventory, and visual standards.
