Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, resolve issues, and improve the end-to-end product experience.
  • •Identify and prioritize the highest-value manual workflows for AI automation; lead end-to-end implementation with measurable impact.
  • •Act as the AI enablement lead for the product org, driving adoption, change management, and training to integrate AI at scale.
  • •Build mechanisms to collect, synthesize, and operationalize user feedback and product analytics so insights shape product priorities.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional workflows, manage dependencies, maintain standardized operating models/documentation/SOPs, and communicate updates to leadership and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product operations, AI enablement, product management, business operations, or program management in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • •Lead AI initiatives at scale and implement scalable operational frameworks, feedback systems, or analytics programs with measurable efficiency/quality impact.
  • •Influence without authority, synthesize information across teams, and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
  • •Use product usage data, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to inform decisions, and work effectively with globally distributed teams.
