Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and carry the technical vision of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and the company product strategy.
  • •Pilot technical aspects of offers and projects to meet performance, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • •Identify, anticipate, and manage technical risks to secure delivery against commitments.
  • •Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams, industrial partners, and international clients.
  • •Support bid and project leaders through preparation, negotiation, and execution phases, and present/defend complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.

  • •Recognized experience in critical military communications or complex connectivity systems, with contributions to projects through qualification and client acceptance.
  • •Strong command of radio environments, networks, and embedded systems, including security, integration, and interoperability considerations.

  • •Leadership traits to federate teams around complex topics, with clear communication and field orientation, including frequent international travel.
  • •Aeronautical domain knowledge is a plus; experience in other domains (land, naval, space) is also valued.
