Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment to perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical tests on control equipment.
  • •Test under supervision to ensure equipment meets customer specifications, safety, and quality requirements.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair warranty and non-warranty problems during testing, escalating with guidance as needed.
  • •Record data and write reports/process paperwork timely, accurately, and with accountability.
  • •Interface with customers during witness tests and assist design/application engineers with special test projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • •Previous experience with electrical concepts such as electricity, motors and controls, and the fundamentals of AC/DC.
  • •Previous experience with PLC programming concepts.
  • •Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
  • •Experience troubleshooting electrical and/or mechanical problems in an industrial/manufacturing environment (preferred).
