Key Requirements

•7+ years of industry experience in backend, infrastructure, developer tools, or app platforms.
•Technical leadership across large-scale projects and day-to-day troubleshooting.
•Experience with Go, TypeScript, Redis, distributed SQL, and Kubernetes.
•Ability to mentor and coach engineers and lead by example with strong software engineering best practices.
•Excellent communication skills in a fully-remote environment with both technical and non-technical audiences.
