Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across the assigned territory.
•Serve as a trusted expert solutions architect and technical “champion” to drive product adoption and vision with stakeholders.
•Enable clients at scale through workshops and development of customer-facing collateral to improve technical knowledge.
•Influence product roadmap by translating field-derived, data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
•Act as a tier-3 escalation point for the field, resolving the most complex technical challenges in mission-critical environments.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) experience across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales, delivering client-facing solutions.
•Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems within Big Data, lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
•Infrastructure and platform expertise across disaster recovery, high availability, backup/recovery, identity and security management, and migrations (on-prem to cloud and vendor-to-vendor).
•6+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives and driving product adoption.
•Proficiency in SQL and Python, plus hands-on experience building solutions in major public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
