  • •Create a growth-oriented environment with development and coaching for staff to improve retention and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • •Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • •Ability to lead store team and manage KPIs to drive business results.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and execute store strategies and improve profitability.
