Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of American’s global airline partners within the Joint Business Finance team. Coordinate commercial, operational, regulatory, and financial workstreams that shape AA’s network, customer offering, and revenue performance. You’ll calculate and validate transfer payments and revenue-sharing settlements, support evaluation and onboarding of partnership opportunities, analyze Joint Business Agreement provisions, and drive continuous improvement across alliance processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

•Support evaluation, structuring, and onboarding of new partnership opportunities, including economic design work.
•Lead and support negotiations on partnership concepts, commercial initiatives, governance topics, and outstanding partner issues.
