Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by meeting entitlements, setting expectations, and arriving as committed to resolve customer needs.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment; diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
  • •Complete administrative duties and documentation including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, and installation/site/service documentation.
  • •Use tools, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems within required time frames.
  • •Travel across the specified geography to perform field service activities, including possible overnight stays and travel by air and/or train.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries; preferred Ultrasound experience.
  • •Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including using necessary tools and test equipment.
  • •Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
  • •Must be able to perform field service requirements, with or without accommodation.
  • •Able to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment, and work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.
